We are looking for YOU! 

We are looking for a people-person who is skilled at impressing and satisfying clients, and able to work together with a dispersed team in the most efficient way possible to deliver projects to our clients.
As a Business Developer you will be working together with team at Chameleon and with clients. You will manage your time between multiple projects, following up current client accounts and offers and generating new business opportunities within our line of services.

What You will Do

  • Follow up and report on progress of current activities and key accounts
  • Define and execute business development strategies in collaboration with the team
  • Provide input for long term strategic direction in terms of business development strategy but also in terms of product/ service development
  • Pursue new business opportunities and manage client requests, cascading information and requirements to the core team
  • Act as key contact point for the client, and ensure excellence is displayed at all stages of the interaction
  • Ensure business development objectives are reached and projects are delivered within expected timelines



To do this successfully it is required to be actively present in the market and to visit clients at their facilities, and as such you will need to be flexible to national travel on a regular basis.

    • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to eloquently convey complex ideas, and a good instinct for business.
    • Great communication skills you can put at play with your team and our clients, especially active listening
    • Good ability to work together with the team at Chameleon to ensure timely delivery of projects and high-quality standards in everything we do
    • Willingness to keep learning and adapting own work to best suit clients’ needs and requirements
    • Persistence and resilience to build connections with current and future clients
    • Ability to work autonomously and to be proactive in grasping business opportunities
    • Enthusiasm, professionalism and passion towards our work and our clients make you unique

    Skills and experience


    • Experience in Business development, sales or in a commercial role
    • Experience, background or strong affinity with HR and learning services
    • Solid personal network which you can build further on (preferential)
    • Commercial/business mindset, and you are a true change agent stimulated by new challenges and full of initiative

    Our working language is English. Any additional languages are an asset.
